In this afternoon mini-retreat we will share yogic solutions to help manage menopause symptoms and navigate this meaningful life shift with more confidence and ease. Incorporating mindful movement, meditation, mudras and breath practices, you will learn specific yogic tools to build strength & balance, cultivate calm & coolness and embrace rest & relaxation. There will be guided journaling, nourishing snacks, and an opportunity for meaningful conversation with other women navigating their own journey. Whether you are just starting to notice changes or well into your post-menopause years, this experience will leave you feeling informed, empowered and connected.
