Join Reiki Master, Cynthia Tarantino and me for an afternoon of Reiki and Restorative yoga as we root to bloom into Spring.
Restorative yoga is a restful practice that uses props to hold the body in poses that offer comfort and support to help reduce stress and settle the thoughts in our busy minds. Reiki, a Japanese hands-on energy healing practice, guides the “universal life force" energy through the body to promote balance and to improve health and harmony.
With guided visualizations, calming breathing techniques and soothing essential oils, we blend restorative yoga poses with an individual hands-on reiki experience to allow the release of physical tension and holding, create space for the breath and balance the nervous system. As you open to deeper relaxation, the energy will nourish and renew you so you leave feeling boundless and bright.
