Join Reiki master, Cynthia Tarantino, and restorative yoga teacher, Stefanie Haberman, for a half-day reiki and restorative yoga retreat set on a beautiful lavender farm with stunning views of the surrounding orchards. Immerse yourself in nature as you are guided into soothing prop-supported yoga poses that incorporate calming breath and grounding practices. You will also receive individualized Reiki, a Japanese hands-on energy practice, to bring you to harmony and wellness. We will gather for a delicious lunch and then close our practice with a flower meditation.
