Join Cynthia Tarantino, Reiki Master, and Stefanie Haberman, Restorative Yoga Teacher, for a half-day petite retreat set on a beautiful lavender farm with a view of the surrounding orchards. Immerse yourself in nature’s bounty for nourishment and connection as you are guided into expansive breath work, deep relaxing prop-supported yoga poses and individual Reiki assists, a Japanese hands-on energy practice to bring you to harmony and wellness. We will close our practice in circle with a flower meditation and then gather for a delicious lunch. Early registration is encouraged as spots are limited.
